This newsletter had originally been designed to fold into the maximum size possible that could be mailed at standard postal rate (11" x 6".) But by reducing the folded size to 9.75" x 6" the printer was able to print the same number of newsletters on 40% less paper.

Minimize paper costs.
If the size of your design is flexible, discuss with your printer different sizes in maximize your use of each sheet or roll of paper during the printing process.
